Expanding SCOTUS is a bad idea because it a.) it doesn't fix the problem and b.) makes future majorities even more difficult to correct.

The solution is legislative. Existing SCOTUS justices need to be investigated for corruption and impeached.

Unfortunately, that sort of accountability is only going to happen if Republicans don't have the numbers to stop it.

What we really need is a broad series of reforms to address both the executive and the judicial. There should be specific parameters around who can run for President, including vast disclosure requirements. SCOTUS justices must be incorruptible, and I believe they should be nonpartisan appointments.
