Oh! And I was going to sub the veggies but our local Safeway actually had the Chinese broccoli (somewhat to kale-hating GingerCat's dismay - but she's had pad see ew and says she'll try it)
@kismatt She would have preferred I do broccoli and carrot. I think the Chinese broccoli has a good broccoli taste. But leafy. So pretty much kale
