While I wait for some parts to arrive, I thought I’d shoot some glamour shots of a couple of my pocket watches. Working on these is what got me started in the whole custom watch building thing.

@mikeflstfi Are those railroad cert watches? Are they crown adjust or lever? The bezels look screw-on, which was required for railroaders

The BW Raymond is railroad grade, yes. It is lever-set, 21-jewel, and 8 adjustments.

The other is a 7-jewel, everyday sort of watch. Both do have screw on bezels, though.

I have a Waltham 7j also that’s currently torn down for service. Hopefully, I’ll get it going again soon.

And yes, the BW Raymond is choice. As are all railroad grade watches.
