@redenigma @Kurtroedeger ooooo
@redenigma @Kurtroedeger I have many many current and hibernating projects. Need sooo many stitch markers. lol
@redenigma @Kurtroedeger We had a craft supply here that closed last year, and I bought SO many charms to make stitch markers. Have I made any yet? Nope. LOL
I tried to get charms w/o points so the yarn wouldn't catch, but I think I have everything from horseshoes to angels.
@kismatt use at least 2 jump rings for charms, one for the needle & one so the charm will lay flat instead of sideways. for movable markers, put a lobster claw clasp or a leverback earring on one of the rings
@redenigma Yep, this is what I do - I have a bajillion jump rings since I also do chain maille - and I've made the smaller ones with an 6/0 bead and a jump. Mostly for sock needles.
@kismatt if you knit lace, the kind of marker with a charm are much less likely to end up on the wrong side of a yarnover.
@redenigma this is 100% true lol
@redenigma @Kurtroedeger they're so cute!!! aaahhh!!
@kismatt @Kurtroedeger i sell them.plain to fancy.
