Can't speak for Scotland or the UK, but around here, my mom would give me a Coke for anything that ailed me. Sugar, I guess. π€· It must be universal. Love the name, though: Glucozade. (Pardon me for butting in non-Scottishly. π )
@janallmac it was just Lucozade but yeah, 50 years ago it was what you were given when you were sick, no matter what you were sick with π€£π
