@killingfloorman True, though art tends to be more of a mirror than a clear voice because some stories are too potent to be faced head on. They have to be told vicariously, in pieces or a way that allows others to find that voice within themselves that whispers those things to them in a way they can hear it.

@killingfloorman Worse, the cost of silence is usually paid for by more vulnerable people, not the silent person. (At least as a white male, ymmv.)
