Financial advice:
Spend less money than you make.
That's it, that's the advice. All of it.
(of course this only works if you make enough to survive, an increasing number of folks don't. think about why that is.)
Opinion:
Making money by having money, and doing no productive work, is immoral. The entire rentier class is a policy failure.
