Don’t worry. I will spare the firehose from any more minutiae about my mindful day. 😀

I am being especially mindful today. It started with my 2 cups of coffee. I noticed:

- the crema bubbles are very resilient, much more than foam in other drinks, like beer
- my glass insulated mug provides access for observation, but not the comforting hand-warmth of a ceramic mug
- I could taste hints of chocolate, but could not smell any
- my esophagus was noticeably warmed by each swallow
- the cooling is much quicker than I thought
- the digestive tract effects are rapid

I went to Costco. $200 spent on the dogs. $33 on me.

I am feeling very comfortable in bed and could stay here much longer but the coffee is downstairs and sadly there has been little progress in the dogs’ “bring coffee” training.

The doggies spent 8 hours at doggy day care and are comatose. They are like liquids that have pooled on the couch. I wonder if they are dreaming that they are still running around with their friends. I am so happy they had a wonderful day.❤️
