When are the million people who died during Covid going to get their proper funerals, with eulogies and flowers and meals together and memorials? I feel like there is a bizarre gap in time from 2020 on that nobody is acknowledging. Wondering how many of you mourn a loved one and never got to properly send them off in a lovely way. This is one of those closed doors I am staring at.

I don't have all the answers. I don't know how to make up for generations of hatred, and rage, and people killing people, but I know it all starts with just one person deciding to do something different.

Judge Merchan fined Donnie the maximum allowable by law today but warned that further violations could result in him being jailed.

We all know that he'll be at it again as soon as court adjourns today.

The next scheduled hearing on violating the gag order is scheduled for Thursday.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if on Friday, the judge jailed Donnie's fat ass for the weekend?

Some thoughts. #politics

1. Peaceful protests do not guarantee a lack of consequences. Ask all the Black Americans and their allies from the '60s.
2. Peaceful protests involve tearing down systems, not targeting minorities who may share a religion as the target.
3. You can't colonize your ancestral homeland, at least not in the same sense as Europeans colonized the New World.
