Well, I just burned my whole Saturday getting an IP camera configured to stare at my 3D printer. At least I succeeded.

Sounds too geeky?

Well, I'm planning on producing 4 awesome capitals for columns in our guest bedroom. It will easily take 40 to 80 hours to print.

If I have to walk back and forth to the printer closet to check on the status (they do fail party way), I'll be walking continually for weeks. Hopefully this keeps that from happening!

Paxlovid really leaves a bitter taste in your mouth - especially in the morning. And, it's not because of residual pill dust left from taking it the following evening. It's in my system.

Just got a notice from UCSF, the local hospital in San Francisco. They want me to participate in a drug study.

But, they probably didn't check my chart to see that I'm already on Paxlovid.

#COVID seems to have taken 5.5 lbs off of me in 3 days since symptoms started.
I might just reach my January goal!

I'm going to start taking Paxlovid.
Just got the prescription.
I've been told it has an impact within hours. That would be pretty noticeable because I feel like shit right now.

What's even more annoying is that San Francisco is on a downward trend when I get it.

What's a bit strange is that I've spent 100's of hours tracking and graphing #COVID - and now I have it.
And, I have it just as China is going through its first wave where +1M will probably die or have died.
A bit scary, but I know it's probably not the same strain.
And, I'm quadruple boosted.

Fever broke! Was a difficult night sleeping. I gave myself a 10 hr period to sleep, but woke up constantly due to body aches.

Only woke to pee 3x.
Wow! #COVID makes you pee a lot! Definitely at risk of dehydration. Didn't lose weight, though.

The chills have started.

Well, COVID, for me, is like a common cold.
- Scratchy throat
- Drippy nose
- Slightly elevated temp
- A little light-headed
I'm targeting next Monday to be over this. Fingers crossed!
