I believe a large component of wisdom is the construction of more accurate groups to clarify the complexity of reality.
The risk to wisdom is having excessive confidence that the grouping is accurate for the topic being discussed.
Racism is in the domain of inaccurate grouping. Many attributes are irrelevant.
Sloppy grouping is also found when discussing liberals, conservatives, Americans, Southerners, Californians, Techies, Gen-Xers, Boomers, Gays and White Males.
Any other sloppy groups?

An insight after just causing a Twitter shitstorm: A simpleton cannot distinguish a person's position from a legitimate curiosity about the topic. Simpletons believe all topics are easy to understand and there is no need for additional exploration. And, the more confident they are the uglier they get.
If a business model requires that a person be compensated for less than they need to survive, it is not a viable business model. If the skill is that simple, it should be automated. If it cannot, it requires a complex system, called a Human, and requires just compensation. Otherwise some other support structure is keeping that person alive - such as food stamps. Therefore we are all subsidizing that business and should be paying for it directly if we need it.

I did succeed just now, but it took some effort.
Unless you want to filter out those less-capable people (Ha!) you might consider lowering the friction to sign up.

I just tried to sign up for Pro after killing the splash screen. Couldn't find an icon to do so. Had to refresh to get the graphic below.
Recommendation: Insert a "Contribute/Join" icon in the upper/lower left. Maybe make it blink for 10 seconds when you log in?
David Quintavalle is 'apparently' the guy who threw the fire extinguisher at the Capitol policeman that died.
