I'm on an AI 80% of my day.
Long days, too.

My progress is stunning to me.

Actual work, too. Analysis, synthesis, code, results. No funny stuff, either.

Anyone?

This is a prime example of Machiavellian strategy:

Primal habits are hard to kill.

If you are using AI to code or set up development environments, be aware that it will suggest deprecated modules.
Stay out of rabbit holes.
Ask another LLM if there are other options besides the one being suggested.
