I tried to maintain a twitter feed of #ukraine. Now it's just fake links and Russian supporters spouting bile.
One less thing to value over there.

I spent the last 3 hrs collecting all of the artwork we've had stored away for 10 yrs. All of it is scattered around the house in places I hope to hang them.
The wife is on a long flight home.
She's going to reject most of them.
But, if I can get them hung before she arrives I call "Squatters Rights!"

When you press on your shoulder for many hours of sleeping, it strains the ligaments in your shoulder. That causes inflammation.

I've been sleeping with a wedge pillow under my torso for 2 months. I let my shoulder hang off the end. I have 2 pillows stacked to support my head.

Very comfortable. Great sleep.

Reassembling your house
(after disassembling it for painting)
is much harder.
Every day I wake up feeling like I was run over.
I'm clearing 10,000 steps every day.
Last Saturday I did 19,000 steps!
Everything hurts.
Still more to do, too.

Had to do a 6th coat on the ceiling today.
I turned on the perimeter lights in the sofits to see how it looks. I think I like it now.

Last day of painting the house!
I get to sleep in my bed again after a week.
The last three nights have been on the living room couch.

I spent most of the day painting a ceiling.
I think it came our rather nice.

I think these longevity supplements are having an effect.

My reading glasses are too strong.

I went to the roof to watch the sunset with a mini bottle of champagne to celebrate.
I wish my wife was home.

On a happy note: My patent was just approved by the USPTO!!!!

So, I'm having the condo painted.

It's a big deal. Everything is moved around and under plastic.

The first coat is up, and the color is good, but I'm having concerns. Spoke to the wife about this, but she's in London for another week. So, I call in the neighbors and friends.

They like it.

But, they don't like that I didn't paint the ceiling in 2 rooms. Like, they REALLY don't like it.

That wasn't in the plan.

Now I have to extend the project.
