With the pending arrival of Leopard 1s and 2s, where will they have the greatest impact?
And, are the UKr mortar-delivered anti-tank mines still going to be a hinderance to their tank-lead counter-offensives?

My great grandfather was conscripted by the Russians to fight in Crimea.
Then my grandfather left Lithuania because the Russians were coming back to conscript more men.
Russians have a really horrible culture forged over centuries.

But even if they could control it, would we let them retrieve it?

Problems can be viewed from 2 perspectives:
Moral and Objective.
The moral perspective describes the failure.
The objective perspective describes how it will cause a failure in something else.
Consider homelessness.
It is a moral problem. Our society should not allow people to suffer without shelter.
It is an objective problem because it causes failure in:
- Healthcare delivery
- Logistics
- Aesthetics
We must understand the problem before we propose solutions.

Morning musings:
Art doesn't solve a problem.
Art enhances our ability to understand our universe and can improve our emotional baseline (aka: create satisfaction).
If Art was solving a problem, artists would be compensated more by society because they would be used to mitigate failures.
There are no failures caused by a lack of Art.
