If I know I'm going into a battle and this will be the last few moments of my life, I want to hear this song: https://open.spotify.com/track/6GHzjN6TfdN9y9gdOa3MOU

Yes indeed.
Or, I see a really complex situation that I cannot resolve.
And, engaging in it requires defending a side. When the sides are all messy, no amount of reasoning will change the passionate hearts. And, maybe they don't need changing?
@Bobbelieu
Wow.
Someday, maybe we'll be able to swing by and see it realtime.
Version 2 of the Pixel 8 car charger-holder is ready to print!
Too much engineering in this one.
But, I should be able to switch out a single part when a new model arrives.
Should probably also work for an iPhone when they convert to USB-C.
This was designed to mount to a Mercedes. But adapters could be made for any model out there. Just need to design those interfaces.
Almost done with version #2 of the Pixel 8 smartphone holder-charger for the car.
This will adapt to any case within a range of thicknesses.
This is a critical spec in our family because the wife has the same phone but a different case and we both drive that car.
And, I need to hardwire in the power for long trips. Wireless doesn't keep up with the power requirements of navigation and music streaming.

A thick book is made from many thin pages.
@Heavymetalmotherindisguise
Nice! Some kayakers were going by while the pelicans were flying just over the water.
@redenigma
I certainly hope so.
I'm just going on the polls.
Maybe the polls will be really far off like in 2016?
Journalist are still amazed that half of the US population still supports Trump despite the wackiness.
Insight: Most journalist have Empathy and don't realize that much of humanity does not.
Those journalists without empathy are relegated to Fox, News Max and other fringe outlets.
Intelligence is still possible without empathy. Elon is a good example.
These people do not have the ability to think with the abstract models necessary to comprehend the absurdity.
Empathy Blind.
Empathy Blind.
A condition of a person that does not have the mental capacity to think of the other person's perspective.
Underlying that condition is something deeper: A lack of intuition on abstract concepts such as ethical behavior and public policy.
Rationality is not necessarily handicapped by this condition. Intelligence may even be a means to compensate. Therefore, highly intelligent people can self-justify unethical actions. And they "feel" ok with it. They lack the perception.
@redenigma
Wow.
You are right.
