Excuse me.

I strongly disagree that the nuclear risk has increased by any significant amount. A good knowledge of how Russia handles, stores, and guards, its nuclear arms, let alone the chain of command needed to use them. Will provide all the information needed to avail this as just fear mongering. And serves NO purpose. Except to spread fear.

The risk of nuclear war has NOT increased.

Are you saying that the potential collapse of the Russian MOD does not impact the stability of their nuclear arsenal?
I'm not suggesting rockets firing off tonight. I'm concerned with the security of them tomorrow.

Te Russian MOD, will not completely collapse, and it is adjacent to the separate nuclear command. Yes is the strictest sense the MOD has authority over the nuclear command. But in reality the are completely separate, and whoever is in control of the MOD, does NOT have day to day control.

Read. Lean. And just stop with the nuclear fear.
