Yesterday, I made some Lentil Soup with browned Italian Sausage. It was great yesterday and today it was even better. Also, I made some fresh fried Tostones. Dinner Accomplised, twice!!!

That interview did not go well. They wouldn't even let me see the library. Will see what happens but I'm not holding my breath.
@SunAcrossWater the next day I was worn out, slept the whole day from being so tired and in the sun.
@SunAcrossWater trust me, it was a work out. The battery quit on the return trip. We normally go out paddling but this trip was to concentrate on fishing. Also, worked out walking around in the sea mud trying to catch bait.
