@corlin I generally go without eating for 16 hours - then eat good food that i love more each day. It seems like a natural way to eat for myself - it's not hard.
and yes have lost about 20lbs in about 6 months - I would say I'm no longer over-weight :)

I am continuing to do intermittent fasting. Two consecutive days with no solid food. Then eat normal, but not overeat, the rest of the week.
Feel much better, and have lost a few pounds. I am not over weight, just feel better when skinny.
