I can't leave well enough alone so my #hugo site now automatically deploys to #neocities via a GitHub Action.

Here are some notes on the workflow I'm now using with GitHub Actions to build my #Hugo site, highlight the code blocks with #Torchlight, and deploy the rendered HTML to #Neocities:
