@MountainMan the wiki link tells about the proposed (joke) Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol:

The protocol suggests an HTTP 418 error code to indicate the device is a tea pot rather than a coffee pot.

For whatever reason, the Russian military website is returning that 418 code rather than a more usual 403 Forbidden.
