@jkfecke Just wanted to let you know, HR agrees. If direct contact with me is required during "off hours" it will cost the company 2 hrs pay per incidence. I am welcome to respond to emails from home IF I choose to but will not be compensated for that time.
@knomia Exactly as it should be. I have non-exempt reports and I tell them to *always* track their time if something happens outside their work hours. People deserve to get paid when they work.
