Suppose a hypothetical woman gets her COVID vaccine, runs a low grade fever for a day, and her hypothetical spouse, sensing her temporary weakness, instructs Alexa to play Baby Shark on repeat.

Would a hypothetical jury find her guilty?

"Rendered safe" is one of my favorite bomb squad euphemisms. It usually just means that they blew it up.

The Albuquerque Police Department said they have arrested one person after responding to a call about suspicious devices. APD said they received a call just before 4:15 this afternoon from a person claiming that he had several explosive devices. krqe.com/news/crime/apd-1-pers

Just had my 4th appointment canceled on me.

The plea hearing is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

Word of advice for those trying to schedule. If available, make your appointment as early in the day as you can. The pharmacies where I am are getting some limited stock but they are running out before noon.

This new COVID vaccine is a pain in the ass to schedule. I've already had three appointments canceled by CVS and Walgreens because they didn't get the promised doses from Moderna and Pfizer.

It's an "information" rather than a grand jury indictment, so there's likely a plea deal in the works.

Today's email from the IRS was way more useful than usual.
