This new COVID vaccine is a pain in the ass to schedule. I've already had three appointments canceled by CVS and Walgreens because they didn't get the promised doses from Moderna and Pfizer.
Just had my 4th appointment canceled on me.
5th appointment was the magic number. Jabbed before I leave the country. Success!

I anticipated this problem and scheduled mine for the last week of September, hoping that the supply issues and initial rush will have worked themselves out by then.
Word of advice for those trying to schedule. If available, make your appointment as early in the day as you can. The pharmacies where I am are getting some limited stock but they are running out before noon.
