I'm researching a project right now, was going through old newspapers from 1964, and came across this gem.

"Freedom to be inequal" is quite a catchphrase.

It's on the same page as an article where Goldwater explains that he hates racism more than anyone but nonetheless voted against the Civil Rights Act.

There's also an article about the Russian plan to build a lunar laboratory by dynamiting a big hole in the moon's surface and then constructing a three story deep building.

Reading an old newspaper, ads included, is like time travel-lite.
