I see no mention in this repoort of what both Trump & Vance were both up to on their phones that would make them both vulnerable to Chinese Hackers. Either they're missing something important or they've purposely left it out of the report because it is too embarrassing. The important question here is: what were Trump & Vance sharing on their phones?

We don't know what they were doing on their phones, but China does, thanks to a flaw within Verizon's systems, it sounds like.
"...the Republican presidential nominee and his running mate were among a number of people inside and outside of government whose phone numbers had been targeted through the infiltration of Verizon phone systems, the officials said."
I don't think a report will be released, but I'd bet my house that they did it for blackmail purposes.
