This photo is displaying displaying sideways. The warning light/icon refers to some sort of water problem, probably your radiator, perhaps it is leaking. You should turn the car in to your dealer for service before your car breaks down & things get scary. Your car's manual should include a glossary describing the meaning of the various warning lights.
Mechanics nowadays are very cool, they will hook up their computer to your car's computer for a full readout on serviceable issues.
