Brenie should try to define his ideas in ways that don't alienate the right wing. Then maybe he could get more accomplished, instead of being rejected at every turn.

We're not cooperating with the right wing. We're not partners. They're fighting us. We need to oppose them.
The problem isn't Republicans in Congress, its everyone in Congress. And the problem isn't that Bernie (or the Democratic party) doesn't compromise with Republicans.
It's that they want harmful bad things.
This is a fight. It's not a communal project.
