If after losing the election, if 
flees the country, and our justice system sentences him to prison & wants him back so he can serve his time, our government will be free to freeze & seize his assets (the asset seizure process is a wonderful tool for handling slippery criminals), making it difficult for to move around. The FBI should be in touch with Interpol, cos has properties (& probably bank accounts) in multiple countries.
