FFS. Evan McMullin seems to have just noticed that the Supreme Court is politicized.
It has been politicized for decades. It is politicized because both halves of the Legislative branch would rather have SCOTUS act as their proxy body than actually pass considered and visionary legislation that might expose them to criticism. So packing the court is much more palatable.
We elected the Legislative Branch.
This mess ultimately comes back to We The People.
