Does anyone know the laws behind providing former presidents with a secret service detail? I'm asking because I keep hearing people ask how his detail would function if he goes to jail or prison (even for contempt). Can Biden issue an EO that denies the benefit of the detail for as long as Trump's sitting in a jail?
