@impermanence42 they cook daikon radish in Japan all the time. Those are just big radishes

@MeditatorMom I polished them to 2000 grit wet dry sandpaper. I have a small drill press so I could actually have the kids do most of it safely. I'll admit to breaking in the wheels since spinning them by hand got boring pretty fast

@Ardy some manager up the food chain heard about ai and rather than see what it's all about decided to jump on the bandwagon. AI is pretty good at generating boiler plate content, but try it for anything else and it falls apart fairly quickly since it has no actual intelligence but is just a glorified word predictor

@MeditatorMom whatever you do, don't skimp on axel polishing and breaking in the wheels. My kids last racer got faster at a later competition because it had been driven more

@peeppeepcircus I ordered some seeds to try out this year. We like szechuan peppercorns so these should be nice

@SaltyVeruca @BlueWatermelon775 @99reasons4truth fabric shears have a knife like blade on one side. Cutting paper will ruin that edge

@99reasons4truth actually, they are there to protect you from your mom

@nonayadambidnes the ones from China aren't raised under the cleanliness of conditions. The ones from the Americas have better standards

@Jezibaba I believe in coincidences, coincidences happen everyday, but I don't trust coincidences.

@mcfate never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake

@mcfate who the heck are the 3 that polled lower?

@CriticalCupcake be a shame if some 5 minute epoxy were to accidentally drop into the holes while the spikes were down

@Satchelpooch @Chuckles you also hear stuff like this from rural people when out of staters move in

@dietotaku do you feel the same about riding motor cycles without helmets and choosing to eat a poor diet

Viral doesn't exist here my dude. People like it, or they don't. Just don't spread negativity, trolling or misinformation, that's all. It's really as simple as that.

This shocking graph tells a million stories. Most notably it speaks of the success of the 80% average top tax rate (1933-1980), and to the results of the dystopian 'Reagan Revolution'.

It also demonstrates the stunning rise of American wealth as a whole. Whatever our disparities, we live in a society that is beyond wealthy, compared to nearly everyone everywhere. If we destroy ourselves based upon selfishness and cynicism, we will be history's biggest buffoons.
