@ianthealy We have thumbs, limbs, and big forebrains. There's nothing about the structure of humans that leads me to believe they are at their best sitting around waiting for things to happen to them.

@ianthealy That's because I'm a Cynic. We've been aware that the world isn't as good as it could be, and doggedly believing we can still make it be, when the Stoics were still in short pants.
