So when I try to access CoSo on my desktop Linux Firefox, it fails to finish loading and tries to reload over and over until I get locked out with a rate limit error. Any ideas what is the problem? I can access it with mobile no problem.

Delete all your cookies, close the browser then try again. You might have to wait an hour if you've really gotten locked out for too many attempts.
But I'm seeing a bad gateway error right now, so it could just be @th3j35t3r doing development while in production mode
@ianthealy I had the same problem. It wants cookie access.
