Have you ever been changing the bed, or something similar, stepped too close, and caught your toe nail on the wood frame (divan bed)? Seriously guys, I love being barefoot (born hippie), but catching my nail and pulling it back, splitting it on that bed was painful as!!! As I get older, these things happen more often. Is it a co-ordination thing? Reminder to self, wear something on your feet!!!

What did I hope for
In the morning?
Just that sometimes
the sun might shine,
And that I could see some beauty
Along my way
I hoped for beautiful meetings
Amidst the trouble
Knowing
that there would be trouble.
And I have met beauty
All along my way
Even in the midst of trouble
Perhaps especially there
Where the sun did not shine
There was the little bird
Singing to me
Leading me on
To where the sun was shining.

@Resister_Grandma I call those "God-rays". The reason is an old story where I was at the very, very, lowest point in my life. Having been severely abused, I was driving my son to the hospital with tears in my eyes. It was raining. Then those rays popped through, and to me, at that moment, it was as if God was saying, "The clouds are only hiding the sunshine. I am still here." It gave me strength that day. β€οΈ π

@Teej_Muk Correct. Unbreakable, Split, and Glass. M. Night Shyamalan has created a set of masterpieces, and I think James McAvoy's portrayal of split personalities are simply superb. He carries the whole movie, by himself, amazingly. Such talent.
