Haven't even looked at the forecast yet but my bones are telling me that the weather in the UK is changing, especially in the North. I'm betting on freezing temps very soon into next week. I can literally feel it coming. Ouch.

Oof, went out to post a card this afternoon. Just as well the sun was out for a while, because as soon as the sun went in, the temp dropped like a stone! Clear skies, gonna be chilly tonight! ❄️

@dauphin87 A lot of the time gap between pain killers is the time it takes for the liver to filter the "poison" out of your system and itself. They rarely last the time stated between doses, do they? Codeine takes 6 hours for your body to clear it. Pain usually comes back way before then.You can supplement with Ibuprofen in between.
