I love having a growing teenage son. He asks if he could get a burger from a place on the way to the farmers market, and then market chicken for snack.

@LianaBrooks As a mother of one girl and two boys, I concur. btw, the girl ate as much as the boys as a teenager!
@homebird Eldest is a girl. She's been the metric for over ten years, and when she was in high school she accounted for 50% of my grocery budget.
I don't know where she puts the weight, but she eats just fine.
