I’m making turkey & white bean chili for a chili cook-off in our neighbor this afternoon.

I did not win the chili cook off yesterday -- but in my mind, I must have been second place because my crock pot full of chili disappeared fast!! LOL.
The winner made a traditional chili -- and he made it pretty hot...sort of on the verge of super hot -- and I suspect people equate "chili" with "hot," sooo.....
Yeah, I'm not a sore loser!
