The Exorcist did it for me. I slept with the lights on for weeks.

Agreed. The Hills Have Eyes and Wolf Creek stayed with me for days.
haven't seen those. i tend to avoid such these days. too many real instances around.
They're both kind of old. These days I try to avoid movies were people are tortured. Although, I am a big fan of the Saw movies, which shocks my husband.
