Do you fall asleep to a audio podcast at night?
i use audiobooks from the library mostly. music too.
@holon42 it helps me, I need distraction to fall asleep or my mind wanders. Good idea about the audiobooks, I never tried that.
yes, me too. when i notice one does that, i switch to music. that usually works because i'm primed at thst point.
@holon42 sometimes I have the opposite experience and listen to the whole thing, then realize the hours for sleep has shrunk.
