Whew.
Books are whittling down. Six political hardbacks to go to Asheville Library: Cohen, Schiff, Woodward, Mary Trump, Wolff, Brokaw. Another load down to the resident’s library. And some to the free room.
Keepers are mostly spiritual, travel & non-fiction.
Applying the decluttering rule to books is not easy. If I haven’t read them in almost four years, they must not be important.
What’s important is an empty bookcase.
i'm rereading books i first read in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. i rarely chuck books, except novels.
You might not live in 600 sq ft.
i used to live in 1000 sq feet. bookshelves aplenty. i have a bit more room now.
that's helpful. i like the paper too, but space😑
@holon42
Gave my Kindle away. Have to feel the paper, smell the print.
Huge library across the street.
