Owners of leashed cats can try to have a parade. Scouts can parade. Moms can parade. The klan can parade. Just bring your pocket Constitution and read from it at the meeting. And read your state statute. Don’t mention culture. And maybe call the ACLU and see if they’ll phone you in some assistance.
