Just because we need a trivial poll: do you rinse your pasta before you put sauce on it?

@Indefinite_Article not only do I not rinse it but on occasion, I leave a little bit of the original water to mix with red sauce. It gives it a silkier texture. My nonna would kill me if she were alive.
