@Urukhaibean when the therapist did it with me, I was like wtf did you do? He said most people think it’s some kind of Voodo magic, smoke and mirror type stuff.
@Urukhaibean I just finished talking about ADHD, then I wrote about insurance transportation. I’ve just started talking about Traumatic Brain Injuries. I will be covering mental health topics, kindness and pretty much anything that I feel drawn to do. I intend to do stuff about cool apps, tool, websites. Pretty much anything. @Urukhaibean I never thought about looking online for EMDR. I have done some in the past with one of my old therapist and it reall6 did help. Ty for giving me the idea of looking online. @CajunBlueAZ1 @AskTheDevil yes, that’s me too. If I have to go out, I can and do. But I think things and people are different. Okay I’m sounding paranoid, I’m not. But I chose to have peace if that makes sense. I can’t handle drama or judge mental people, and now I. Trying to not soind like I’m judging the people who are judging others. It’s a crazy life lol.
@CajunBlueAZ1 @AskTheDevil I bet you make for a good “anti Social” worker! Ihave thought on and off over the years about doing something in the field. I do a lot of volunteering, help promote awareness, and guess I’m doing what I can right now.
@Urukhaibean have you found anything that is helpful. I can do tv in small controlled doses. It really can make things challenging. Especially if I’m out of my own environment and safe space if you know what I mean. If I don’t have an escape route or way to get back to my safe space so to speak, it can affect me in that I never leave the apartment, unless I have to usually. But I’m working on it, some weeks are not as bad.
@Say_what_now yes, there are those who take away from those who truly need help by making a huge profit on the backs of people who are in need. Heck, there are highly profitable organizations that …… okay, I probably should stop there. But I know what you mean. Ty fot your comments.
@Urukhaibean @JChristensenA I think the hyper focus part of ADHD probably is part of it, it can sometimes be a good thing, others not so good. I followed you back. I hope I’m not missing replying to anyone. If I am, it’s not intentional.
