I sometimes wish that I was not as sensitive to peoples pain and hurts. I can’t watch the news and I barely watch any tv. If an advertisement comes on showing pain, starving children, animal abuse etc. I have to turn it off immediately. It affects me for days. Anyone else feel that way, or just me?

I know what you're talking about.it usually comes to mind quickly that someone is exploiting these stories fo some kind of gain & I react to that with anger.

@Say_what_now yes, there are those who take away from those who truly need help by making a huge profit on the backs of people who are in need. Heck, there are highly profitable organizations that …… okay, I probably should stop there. But I know what you mean. Ty fot your comments.
