In 1981 my daughter was born three months premature. She weighed 2 pounds and now lives with Cerebral Palsy. This month is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month. In 2002 she was crowned Miss Hibernia in Genesee County, Michigan. She led the St. Patrick's Day parade that year. Now she lives and works in remote Alaska. Today she is being screened for the COVID-19 virus because of a possible exposure. March is always a busy month for her.

@ROGUE1 There are a few areas around me that I can always find them in. I've had them land very close to me so they make beautiful subjects to photograph.

@Anemone Thank you! I spend a lot of fall days crawling in the woods!

@Anemone I use a Pentax K3. I've used Pentax for over 35 years. My daughter gave me a Loupedeck+ Photo editing keyboard for Christmas. I love it.

@Anemone Very nice! I look forward to mushroom photography in the fall. I do a lot of mine as focus stacking. I can control the depth of field closer.

@Anemone I have friends who call me the bird whisperer. It seems like birds like to follow me around when I'm out taking pictures. Not sure why but I don't mind at all.

@Anemone Thank you! It was a cold morning for both of us!

We received about 6 inches of snow in my area Saturday morning. I found an Eastern Bluebird looking a little...blue during the storm.

@heyrhiannon Well...The weather forecast said party sunny today so I headed out before dawn to get the early light. It was a heavy overcast until mid day! I still got a great 3 hour hike in before coming home.

@heyrhiannon It's supposed to rain tomorrow so I figured today was about my last chance at what was left! I'm still editing the other shots.
