Do you know if it's mostly Robusta rather than Arabica? Robusta has about twice the caffeine of Arabica

When I’m back on one cup, this is great.
When I was somewhere the water wasn't drinkable, I started making instant coffee in hot milk. That has its own kind of comfort that's different from drip coffee or espresso-based drinks. Kind of like hot chocolate, but with coffee. ☕
The caffeine in some brands of instant coffee also seems to be better at easing my headaches than the caffeine in other forms of coffee too. Not sure why.
