Howdy CoSo. So far, no spasms today! I still have a decent amount of pain but as long as I'm not spasming, I can deal with it. :) I'm now cutting down on all the ibuprofen. 🤞🏻 But NOT cutting back on the heating pad! LOL

I have accepted that I cannot cook my turkey so leaving it in the freezer. I think I'll have pasta w shrimp instead. :)

It's raining. I am happy about that since I have not been able to fix the hose and water the big oak extra lately.
