Who does daily "mobility"exercises? Exercises to improve flexibility, reduce pain?

@gemswinc mine are mainly stretches, but if l skip them and try to do normal things, cook , do laundry, go for a walk? One or more muscle groups makes their displeasure known

@KarenSohne As Ms. White says, if you have mobility, you wont have pain. I ran, biked, weight - worked out for years, now rowing if I'm not doing heavy-duty gardening and stretching.
