@OldDeckHand That hasn't been legally "proven" as I understand it, though we all know it's so. Also, there seems to be a catch 22 in the three ladies liberal arguments. They do not want Congress to have to be the final arbiter, state by state would be too chaotic ( shoulda thought of that w/ Roe 🙄), so, who or what can enforce it?

I disagree with them. How often is there a candidate that anyone can claim violated the 14th amendment? Basically they've just made the 14th amendment meaningless.
