i'm sure there's many ways to roast all the chefs! they do have their quirks. some are arrogant as fuck. i think jo is decent. i think he really does try to make food accessible to the masses & believes in supporting healthier, home cooking. & that passion makes him fodder for some. but he def puts his $$ & time were his mouth is. there are plenty of chefs that don't ever do that.
